Registration
Registering on this website records your interest in attending the event you select and, where seats are available, reserves a place for you. A registration reference (for example NEIF-2026-XXXXXX) and a seat confirmation card are issued to the email address you give. The reference and a valid means of identification are required at accreditation. One registration is accepted per email address per event.
Attendance at sessions marked as closed door, invitation only or Deal Room is by separate accreditation and is not granted by registration alone. The Secretariat may decline or cancel a registration where the information given is incomplete or inaccurate, where capacity has been reached, or on security advice. Registration is free of charge unless an event page states otherwise.
Venue and security
Events convened under the Presidency follow State House and venue security procedures. Delegates agree to security screening, to carry their reference and identification, and to follow the directions of accreditation and security staff. Photography and recording in restricted areas may be prohibited.
Programme changes
Dates, venues, speakers and session content are published in good faith and may change. Registered delegates are informed of material changes by email and on this website. The Secretariat is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs arising from a change or cancellation.
Sponsorship
A sponsorship inquiry submitted on this website is a request for information and is not itself a sponsorship agreement. Tier benefits described on the Sponsorship page are indicative; the benefits, fees and obligations of a sponsorship are set out in the written agreement issued by the Sponsorship Desk.
Use of this website
You may not use this website to submit false registrations, to send unsolicited material, to attempt to gain access to the administrative console or to any data that is not yours, or to interfere with the service. Automated submissions are blocked and repeated abuse is reported to the hosting provider and, where appropriate, to law enforcement.
