Nigeria Energy Acceleration Program

NEAP — a national blueprint for an energy-secure Nigeria.

A flagship initiative by the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN) to fundamentally transform Nigeria's energy sector. Launched by the Federal Government in recognition of the critical role energy plays in powering Nigeria's large population and driving industrialisation goals.

A comprehensive national blueprint for a stable, efficient, and sustainable energy future for all Nigerians.
Aligned with Nigeria's National Energy Master Plan (NEMP) and global energy transition imperatives.
A multi-ministerial effort, strategically led by the President of Nigeria (Chairman of the ECN Board).
Implementation driven through targeted, sector-specific acceleration programs across nine key ministries.
